School leavers and students
Bridging the gap between school-dependence and university-autonomy.
Many young adults are academically gifted but psychologically fragile. I provide tailored mentoring for the academic, emotional and practical independence of young adults.
The Three Pillars of Independent Growth
1) Intellectual Voice
From Echo to Voice
Moving beyond “what” to “how.” I mentor students in the critical thinking skills required to find their own intellectual authority – moving from repeating the “correct” answer to forming and owning their own perspectives.
2) Emotional Courage
The Resilience to be Wrong
Developing the internal stamina for adulthood. Having a voice requires the courage to be challenged or to be “wrong.” I help young adults navigate high expectations and the identity shifts that come with independence.
3) Independent Agency
From Managed to Motivated
Mastering the practical “controls” of life. This is the transition from a parent-guided path to self-agency, focusing on the functional shifts in time-management and the logistics of independent living.
